We strive to provide accurate information about the products, but we cannot guarantee that the color, texture, or finish of products will be exactly as seen on your screen. Variations in display settings may affect the appearance of the products.

4. Pre-Orders and Waiting Time

For pre-orders, Attach Flip Cases are crafted with care and precision. There is a waiting period, and orders placed today are expected to ship in February 2025. Please be aware of this waiting time when placing a pre-order.

5. Order Confirmation and Changes

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. After the order is processed, no changes can be made unless required by law. Please review all details before confirming your order.

If your product is unavailable or if there is a significant delay, we will contact you. You will have the option to modify or cancel your order, as required by consumer protection laws.

6. Returns and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. During pre-order or waiting periods, returns are not accepted. For hygiene reasons, our cosmetic palettes cannot be returned once opened or used.

Our Attach Flip Case features a magnetic system compatible with our exclusive cosmetic palettes. While you may use third-party magnetic cosmetic refills, we cannot guarantee their compatibility or performance with the case. We highly recommend using Attach's own cosmetic palettes for optimal functionality.

We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our products are designed to meet the highest quality standards, but we cannot be held liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Attach shall not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or other adverse effects caused by our cosmetics. Customers are encouraged to review all product ingredients before use and consult with a physician if they have concerns.

Attach is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or the shipping carrier. Once your order has shipped, it is out of our control.
